WARRANTY: The quality control team here at Coveted Mask have taken great care to ensure and maintain high standards throughout the manufacturing process. Your new Coveted Mask goalie mask is warranted against defects from manufacturing and workmanship from the date of purchase with a valid proof of purchase.

 

The duration of the warranty period is as follows:

CSA/HECC CERTIFIED SENIOR MODELS: 1 year.

CSA/HECC CERTIFIED PROFESSIONAL MODELS: 2 years.

SENOIR BUILD PROFESSIONAL MODELS: 1 year.

PROFESSIONAL BUILD MODELS: 2 years.

ULTIMATE PROFESSIONAL BUILD MODELS: 3 years.

CAGES: 120 days.

 

If a suspected problem occurs within the warranty period please contact the retail outlet where the product was purchased to help assess the situation.

 

In no way do we imply retailer liability or obligation. Coveted Mask Inc. will apply diligence in assessing and acting upon any valid warranty claim. Valid claims must respect the warranty period and be accompanied by a valid proof of purchase.

 

Your Coveted Mask warranty covers all mask parts against manufacturer and workmanship defects. Further coverage is extended to the structural integrity of the composite components (the shell and back plate) including repair or replacement should structural damage occur for the length of the warranty period.

 

Please note:

 

• Mask cages are subject to dents and are not covered under warranty.
• Paint chips are not covered under warranty.
• Any alteration to your Coveted Mask could jeopardize its ability to function as a protective piece of equipment and therefore void its certification status and/or warranty.
