I have a mask made by another company, will you repair/refurbish it?

Unfortunately, we don’t. We only work on the Coveted masks. However, we do sell a good variety of Coveted Mask Genuine Parts that you can use to maintain, refresh or repair your mask. 

I want to order a different colour of mask, will that cost extra?

Yes, our standard paint comes in white (gloss or matte) and black (gloss or matte), any other colour you wish to paint your mask has an additional price.  

Who designs and builds your masks?

We are extremely proud to say that we build each mask in our own state of the art facility. From start to finish concept, design, mold making, fiberglass and trim, prep, paint and assembly, it’s all done here, in our Mississauga, Ontario factory. 

Do you offer custom paint?

We do not offer custom paint.

What does the warranty cover?

Your Coveted Mask warranty covers all mask parts against manufacturer defects. Further coverage is extended to the composite components (the shell and back plate) including repair or replacement should damage occur for the length of the warranty period.
